Art Day!

Art day!
This was a semifun day, though I don't think I'd like to repeat it.
It was actually really boring most of the time. I was the oldest allowed to join and I mostly did it because R wanted to. So all the other little kids seemed really annoying and small by comparison. Also seven and a half hours is a long time to be spending doing art. The first class was the worst. Three hours of doing something that I didn't even want to do! We had to draw wacky birds in this strange style that didn't look very good? At all. And the teacher didn't understand that it was boring for absolutely everyone how she spent fifteen minutes doing hers to show us how to do it. But it wasn't even very hard! We didn't need to be show. The second class was more fun, since the teacher was more fun and what we were doing was more interesting to me. It was a memory class: we had to go into the gallery and pick a painting and then draw and watercolor that picture form memory. This was more fun since we had a choice! Also the teacher was more fun: she had a three year old fat rat like Inky and had lived in Paris for some time. The entire thing was a little bit fun but I am glad I didn't sign up for the whole week.

M and I are still having the debate about Frozen via email. She doesn't want to admit any if it's flaws, but it has so many! I just sent an at least 5K email detailing about how irritating the entire movie was.

Good things:

The teacher! It's amazing to meet other people who are familiar with rats, and she was a really nice person in general. I would love to take some of her older classes, though I'm probably too young for those. Maybe there's classes for older kids.

A good night's sleep. Two nights of having crappy sleep is really tough. Finally last night I got to sleep for as long as I could which was absolutely amazing. I feel so awake compared to the last couple of days. And with a good sleep tonight I'll be almost perfect!

Salad for dinner and we're watching Epic afterwards: I've been waiting forever to see it again! I am really excited to draw all the characters, since I remember having quite a few that I liked. The entire idea of that movie, Rise of the Guardians, also the Croods, was amazing to me. They are probably some of my favorite animated movies.

Also my rats :)
